How do I get this visa?
Your employer will apply to be a sponsor, they will then have to nominate a position to be filled and you’ll need to apply for the relevant visa.
How long can I stay for?
You can stay for a period from 3 months to 4 years.
What do I do next?
There are a list of visa options including:
- Service Sellers – for representatives of overseas sellers bringing services or supplies into Australia.
- Medical Practitioners – for doctors registered to work in Australia.
- Educational Visas - for educational works on a temporary basis such as lecturers.
- Labour Agreements – for an industry or employer to recruit a number of skilled workers either on a temporary or permanent basis.
