Coffee

Australians love their caffeine fix
The Australians are also hugely passionate about coffee, as evidenced by the fact that Perth has more cafes per capita than any other city in the world. They are also so keen on their coffee that they have invented their own, the flat white, which is one-third espresso and two-thirds steamed milkĀ - where it differs from a latte is in the strength, size and the preparation of the milk.
Tours of Australia’s oldest coffee plantation are offered at the award-winning Skybury centre.
