A vast majority of these cab drivers and trolley collectors are people who moved to Australia more than 10, maybe 15 years ago...To be fair, today skilled migrants from countries like India and Srilanka are definitely net positive to the endemic economy and are certainly more skilled than many other ethnic groups in terms of value addition to corporates and universities.</description>
