If your occupation was on the MODL then your visa will still be processed but it could take a couple of years. If you can find an employer to sponsor you, this will speed things up for you. However if your occupation becomes listed in the new Skills List due out in the middle of this year then you can re-apply and your application will be processed as a priority. If you have any other specific questions please feel free to join our Embrace Community and get advice from members in the same boat.
